What makes me particularly queer, is that I arrived at my queer identity and exploration through my interest in Quantum Physics. If nothing is quite fixed, but instead fluid then bodies, minds, and sexualities are not fixed either. It’s like I was freed up to fulfill all my impulses and fantasies and come to know my sexuality as vast, weird, and a lot of fun!
How has being a queer porn star changed your life? I was raised in Texas, where abstinence only sex education was the norm. Sex didn’t happen until marriage, between adults who wanted to make babies, period. I trusted the adults that was how the world was.
But eventually I realized the world is actually full of perverts, orally fixated mouths, dildos in many colors and shapes, married folks who tie each other up and aren’t interested in having children, lovers with multiple partners, husbands that jerk off to gay porn, steamy phone sex conversations, and all different sorts of bodies and parts that make love, fuck, and get off. Working behind the scenes and in front of the camera within the queer porn arena definitely contributed to this realization. When Good Releasing showcased the work of Courtney Trouble, Madison Young and Carol Queen’s Sex Ed series the shoots would be all these hot folks getting it on and in so many ways. Perhaps just as important, the performers would discuss in the interview portion how their fantasies and notions of sexuality were formed. I have been forever changed by this work.
Pitch your life as a reality tv show. I would prefer an erotic cooking show program with guests, Martha Stewart style.
Dish about a hot exhibitionist experience : I must say that I had the best time on set with the hottie Drew DeVaux. We were filming for Seven Minutes in Heaven: Fuck Yeah and Courtney asked “Who’s next?” That blond babe was leaning against the door, our eye’s met and it was like we were both ready to take each other down and get it on.
